The solutions to your tax problems
Offer in Compromise
An offer in compromise is an out-of-court agreement that gives you an opportunity to pay your debt in a smaller amount compared to what you originally owed. It’s a compromise that cuts down the total amount to be paid to the IRS.
Bankruptcy
If an offer in compromise is rejected by the IRS, you can file for bankruptcy as a last resort. However, very specific rules and regulations are implemented in order for this to be granted by the IRS.
IRS Bank Levies
Within the time span of 8-12 days, Francetic Tax Resolution can stop the IRS from taking money out of your bank account. A bank levy release will stop the IRS from getting money out of your account for the money they say you “owe”.
IRS Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay the IRS your debts in full, a payment plan could potentially help you slowly pay back what you owe. Also known as an Installment Agreement, I can negotiate a reasonable monthly payment you can keep up with.
IRS Audits
Francetic Tax Resolution can protect you in times when your rights are stepped on by the IRS through their audit method. There are 3 types of audit methods that the IRS can use, Correspondence (via mail), Office (you go to their office), or Field (you get a surprise visit from the IRS).
Liens
A lien is when the IRS holds any real estate that you own, therefore selling your estate will ensure the net of your proceeds go to the IRS to pay your debt. Removing a lien will require stringent criteria on your part, but Francetic Tax Resolution can help you lift the lien.
Innocent Spouse
If you owe back taxes due to your spouses’ (or ex spouses’) actions you may be eligible to obtain tax relief by qualifying as an innocent spouse, as defined by the Internal Revenue Code.
Wage Garnishments
Your employer is legally required to collect a large percentage, ranging from 30-75% or more, from your paycheck. It is then sent to the IRS to pay back your debt.
Delinquent Tax Returns
All delinquent tax returns must be legally filed prior to qualifying for an IRS Payment Plan or Offer in Compromise to settle back your taxes.
Freedom of Info Requests
It is your right to request any of your governmental documents, including your IRS files. This will help you better understand where your tax problems stem from. The IRS is required to disclose the information used to assess back taxes and interest against taxpayers.
Payroll Tax Problems
If you owe back taxes on delinquent payroll and employment taxes, it is important to resolve payroll tax debt problems swiftly to protect the future of your company. The IRS assigns a higher priority to collecting employment taxes than income taxes.
Penalty Abatement
With over 145 different types of penalties, many taxpayers find themselves in a sticky situation with the IRS. Those taxpayers hit with IRS penalties could have their penalties abated, meaning partially or completely remove the penalty.
Collection Appeals
You may appeal a decision with the IRS if you do not agree with that decision.
Expiration of Statutes
The IRS is legally prohibited to collect from your back taxes. Generally, the IRS has 10 years from the date of assessment to collect back taxes. The date of assessment is usually determined close to the filing date or audit assessment date.

I tried to resolve the audit by myself, but I became frustrated with how the IRS works. Paul told me to petition the tax court, so my case would be heard by an appeals officer before going to court. … the audit resulted in ZERO additional tax liability, ZERO penalties, and ZERO interest. I couldn’t be happier with Paul and his company. I would highly recommend him; if not for Paul, who knows if our lovely IRS decided to audit my other years, as well? … I was about to make one giant mistake which could have resulted in more trouble. I was pleased to find out that Paul’s services was affordable, and his ability to deal with the IRS is outstanding. I handed my audit over to him… Thanks, Paul, for your patience and great professionalism in handling my matter.

I have owned my service business for 27 years. In that time, I have had 3 different accountants… My third accountant has been Paul Francetic. I believe I have been with him for 16 years. I immediately liked Paul because he said he would call the IRS about some tax questions/concerns we had (get to the bottom of it). I also liked Paul because he does all the work himself. I swear, my second accountant never even looked at my yearly taxes until we were sitting down in his office going over things in mid December… But of course, I was paying accountant prices for secretarial work. I also respect Paul because he is conservative with his accounting. I want as many write offs as the next business, but I have no desire to push that envelope. And there are many accountants that are risk takers. The problem with that is you’re going to be on the hook if something goes sideways.
I am a huge fan of Paul. If you want your taxes done competently, correctly, and without risky red flags, Paul is your guy.

Paul did an amazing job with a re-audit on my business. I initially paid an attorney to do the audit, after the attorney was done with the audit we owed over 100k to the IRS. Paul got taxpayer advocate involved and the audit re-open and the IRS ended up owing us 4k. I would highly recommend Paul for any IRS issues.
