Was in a payment agreement with the state, when they levied my accounts and took every cent I had to my name, they did another levy and in talking it over with Paul and meeting him to sign paperwork and handing him my mess, the payment agreement was nullified and they had to send me money back. There is nothing I could have done by myself. Trust in his knowledge and he truly is a winner in my book!
